What do I need for the site visit?
Plans or photos of the space are helpful, as is an idea of your budget and timing. For an apartment: the co-ownership rules. For a building from before 2001: the asbestos certificate if you already have one.

That depends on our schedule and the size of your project. During the site visit we give you a realistic start date.
